that is ok.
can anyone give me an idea :
we have 35 E1 connections coming to our HQ, so we will do the interconnectivity of all 35 E1 Links through a centerilized Switch where we will setup VLAN interfaces for each and ACLs filtering. for this type of senerio should i order a cayalyst 3750 or 4500 series?
I would need the exact series and IOS Image type to order. can any one type me on that
Simulitanously i would need to order a cisco Router for routing all these E1s to internet on 2 ISP links. can any one tell me what series of router will be good to order ? what is the latest hardware and software image ?

Your name is "Cisco Specialist" and you are asking these basic Qs, that only someone who really knows your enviroment should be able to answer.
The Qs I will ping back to you;
How much traffic is currently passing and what about the future?
What additional features do you require?
What budget do you have?
Redundancy?
Come on man! Asking what the latest hardware and software images are is just laughable. Maybe you should be renamed "Cisco Non-Specialist" ?

That is not something to lough my friend!! Ihv been working all with Firewalls, Routers since longtime back, but very very rarely worked with switches that is why i just wanted an advice nothing else.
there are multiple switch serieses like E-series , XL... i want to know which one is beter in my environement
We dont need redundancy, we have only those 35 E1s DATA which will be routed and passed through this switch that is it.
Truth to be said i have never worked with cisco switches above 3550... that is why i am asking basic questions as u said

I'd say a 6503-E running Sup2T 15 code.
This will future proof yourself and enable you to do most features in hardware...
